During exercise, lactic acid builds up causing a drop in muscle pH, which causes the burning sensation you recognize as muscle fatigue.  Beta-alanine is an amino acid that increases the production of carnosine, which buffers lactic acid in muscles.  Supplementing with beta-alanine helps to restore the pH balance in muscles, allowing the ability to train harder and longer.

Turbo provides comprehensive support for red blood cell production, and supports horses that lack stamina, are lethargic, or are easily fatigued. While other energy supplements overfocus on iron, feeding extra iron has not been shown to improve red blood cell count or athletic ability, and iron is rarely deficient in a horse’s diet.
